it called 1 and i sayed hello and it said goodbye and hung up

I just got a call from this number. I had to speak several times before the guy finally responded, I was about to hang up. He claimed to be "Florida Energy (something)". Then he asked me if my electric bill ever went over $150 a month - I didn't even answer, told him to put me on their no-call list. He said he would and also added that he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I hung up. Reported to the fed Do Not Call (which I'm on).

This man called my job began telling the secretary that I owed them money, the amount and that they were going to sue me. This is the second time I got a call from this number it is a scam becareful
